Working in collaboration with private landowners and co-investors, Claymore is leading a team of professional advisors in the Land Promotion of a 15-acre greenfield site for residential development and potential local community uses.
Claymore will coordinate the preparation and submission of a planning application which addresses the emerging and updated National Planning Policy framework for the delivery of new housing to meet local needs, particularly in respect of affordable housing. It is anitcipated that a planning application will be submitted in Q3 2018.
